DO SMALL THINGS WITH GREAT LOVE!

"Not all of us can do great things. But all of us can do small things with great love." 

I am going to share one true event with you all, So I hope you all will read it with great love.

Once a young boy went to a pet store to buy a puppy. He found four puppies sitting together, priced at Rs_500/- each.

The boy also noticed another puppy sitting in a corner all alone, with no price tag attached to his belt.

He asked the storekeeper whether he too was for sale, and if so why was not for sale as the puppy was a deformed one, with one leg missing, and that they would put him to "sleep" soon.

Taking permission from the storekeeper, the boy began to play with the puppy.

As soon as he picked him up in his hands, the puppy began to lick the boy's ears. The boy decided then and there that was the puppy that he was going to buy, through the owner went on saying that it was" not for sale".

As the boy insisted, the man finally allowed him to have his way.

He soon pulled out 200/- Rs from his pocket, gave it to the storekeeper, and went out to procure the rest of the money from his mother waiting outside.

The storekeeper stopped him and asked."But, I don't understand why do you want to pay the full amount  for the one you could buy a good one for the same amount!" 

The boy did not utter a word; instead, he lifted up the left side of his trouser to let the man see the brace that he was wearing.

The owner said, "Now I understand.

Go ahead!" 

That small act of goodness thoughtfulness made all the difference for the puppy that day.

It was possibly the happiest day for both the boy and the puppy.
