TikTok Banned in INDIA.

Before continuing to this article, you must be knowing about this Chinese media Apps. I  Already wrote one case study on Tiktok and its success. 

In a short span of time, this app becomes more successful. This app breaks all the records in terms of money and its fame.

As we all know about this app that we can create 15 second short videos on it and everyone can make on it... that means we have a democratic right to do anything. 

So what happened to it...? Why this app Banned in INDIA.?

This app gives Democratic right to us. But there are some people who take it more granted and make some pornographic content. It will harm the community. In TikTok every group of community is there. That means it has a child community too.

Teenage learns from it and also make such kind of Contents.

After watching such kind of contents from this app. Madras High court takes some strict action on it.
So The high court in Tamil Nadu asked the government on April 3 to ban TikTok downloads, saying it encouraged pornography and warning that sexual predators could target child users.

The Government issue letter to Apple and Google to follow the states court's order and remove it from stores.

On 16th April 2019, Google removes this app from the play store to comply with all the guidelines. Now you cant find this app on play store.

Now new people are unable to download this app.

TikTok is not only banned in India but it also banned in Indonesia and Bangladesh too.

Banned only stops the download from play store, But people can spread this app by shared apps. And they can create videos and also make contents. 

According to my opinion banned is not a solution. Because this app also allows some good creator to make money from it. At least it has to make some strict community guidelines to protect the law and prohibited to make pornography contents.

Popular apps may not end shortly. But as we all know that court has the highest right to do anything.

Its next hearing on April 24. Till then TikTok download is unlikely to reappear. The Supreme Court hearing is due on April 22.
